* The prices quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per apartment per night or, for stays of 30 nights or more, for 30 nights each and include statutory and broadcasting fee. The first price is valid for single occupancy, the second for double occupancy. For additional persons in the Grand Superior Loft category, an additional surcharge will apply. Children up to and including 12 years stay free of charge in the parents´apartment.

The kitchens in the categories Metropolitan and Panorama are not fully equipped, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cups, glasses and coffee spoons are available, further crockery and cooking utensils can be borrowed after leaving a deposit of EUR 120.00. The deposit will be refunded upon complete and undamaged return. In the Cosmopolitan and Grand categories, crockery, cutlery, toaster and cooking utensils are also available.

For stays of 30 nights or more, one month´s rent is required as a deposit and will be refunded after proper departure.

The maximum stay is 12 months.

For stays of 90 consecutive nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.

Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement, cats are not allowed.
