In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guests themselves. For stays longer than 6 months, the broadcasting fees are to be paid retroactively by the guests themselves. Minimum stay 3 nights. An additional rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed. For stays longer than 29 nights a cleaning every second week is included. A deposit of EUR 1,200.00 has to be paid in advance by bank transfer, refundable after departure. For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required.

In the Stuttgart area you find the apartment hotels at 30 locations, for example near the airport, the university, several hospitals, the industry focus "Mid-Neckar", the automobile sites Sindelfingen, Mohringen, Unterturkheim and Zuffenhausen. Short distances are almost self-evident. Great emphasis was given in high-quality equipment of the Serviced Apartments, on atmosphere and comfort. Italian kitchens, top quality designer furniture, hygienic laminate flooring and comfortable French TRECA beds make the stay enjoyable. Easy access to public transport and the possibilities of local recreation and of the great cultural and leisure time facilities (musicals, theatre, opera, ballet) complete the selected locations of the sites.
