* The rates quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per month per apartment for single occupancy and include statutory VAT and incidental costs. Broadcasting fees are not included in the apartment rent and must be paid additionally by the residents. For a second person there is an extra charge of EUR 100.00 per month.
The minimum stay is 5 months, the rental contracts are concluded for a maximum of 6 months.
Rentals are usually made from the 1st of the month. Deviating stays must be agreed in advance.
An additional rental contract from the apartment house must be signed for all stays. The identity card or passport of the resident(s) as well as a current employment contract or certificate of study from the university is required for booking.
A deposit of one month´s rent is required in advance. The apartment rent is payable monthly in advance.
For stays of 5 months or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site.
It is not possible to rent the apartments with children younger than 18 years.
There is no apartment cleaning during the stay and it cannot be booked additionally.
There are no TV sets in the apartment. These can be brought along and operated via internet TV. LAN connections are available.
Bedding, bed linen and towels are not provided in the apartment. On request, these items can be purchased as a package consisting of duvet, pillow, fitted sheets, bed linen, 2 towels and 2x toilet paper for EUR 60.00. There is no change of linen and towles and no refilling of toilet paper during the stay on the part of the house.
The kitchenette in the apartment is not equipped. A basic package can be purchased for EUR 70.00 upon prior request. This is composed as follows: 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 cooking pot 12 cm, 1 pan 20 cm, 1 cutting board, 2 cutting knives, 1 dsihtowel, 1 dishcloth, 1x soap, 1 wooden cooking spoon, 1 flipper, 2 large plates, 2 small plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses. Consumables are not replenished or replaced by the house.
The dryer usage is charged per minute (EUR 0,06 per minute).
About the accommodation
You will stay in your own studio with designer furniture, a 1.40 m wide bed (bedding and bed linen is not included), your own bathroom (towels are not included) and a small kitchenette (not equipped). In the house you have access to the fitness area, cinema, launderette, lounge. If you want to be part of a community, this is the best opportunity. The on-site team aims to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to look after you around the clock.
Bedding, bed linen, towels, TV set and kitchenette equipment can be purchased in starter packs on request.
