For stays of 2 months or more, a deposit of EUR 995.00 is required in advance, which will be refunded after departure. Payment by American Express is not possible. For stays of one month or more, a landlord’s confirmation of residence can be issued on arrival if required. For stays up to 27 nights, no intermediate cleaning is included, this can be booked additionally on request (for a fee). For stays of 28 nights or more, the apartments is cleaned every 14 days.

It offers you a place of retreat for business trips in Erlangen, Nuremberg and Fürth in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region: your own apartment with the best transport connections and facilities will ensure a comfortable and safe stay. The necessary safety distances can be consistently maintained thanks to the generous architecture. All apartments await you with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom as well as all technical requirements for your "home office on the road". The team on site will be happy to help you to provide for yourself in your secure temporary home. The Brucklyn in Erlangen-Bruck offers creatively designed multifunctional, fully furnished designer apartments with a balcony or terrace and many sport, spa and entertainment options. Located in a modern residential area, walking distance away from the new SIEMENS Campus, The Brucklyn offers the peace and comfort business travellers are looking for. Each of the apartment offers custom-made, high quality fitted furniture with a 1.40 x 2m folding bed with box-spring mattress that quickly transforms the living room into a bedroom. A work area to either work or study in peace, a high-quality kitchen unit with a compact oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, a ceramic stove top, Nespresso machine as well as with an extendable dining table and two stools are further amenities of the apartment. An exclusive bathroom with walk-in shower and other sanitary facilities as well as a towel warmer is, along with a 49’ TV with SAT-TV and highspeed internet, also part of the apartment. You can do your laundry in the wash salon, cook together with others in the community kitchen or relax after a hard day in the sauna (during the winter period) or on the roof top terrace with swimming pool (during the summer). Or do a workout in the gym. Parking is possible in either the underground parking space or the parking garage.
