Cancellation policy

Bookings between 1 - 4 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before planned arrival. In case of cancellation up to 1 day before arrival, 50 % of the contractually agreed price will be charged, in case of cancellation on the day of arrival 90 % of the contractually agreed price will be charged. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation and in the event of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked services will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.

Bookings between 5 - 29 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before planned arrival. Cancellations 4 - 3 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 % of the contracted rate, cancellations 2 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 90 % of the contracted rate. In the event of no-show without prior cancellation and in the event of earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked services will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.

Bookings of 30 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation 13 to 5 days prior to arrival, 50 % of the contractually agreed price will be charged, and in the event of cancellation 4 days or more prior to arrival, 90 % of the contractually agreed price will be charged. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation and in the event of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked services will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
