The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per apartment per night for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. Shorter stays are bookable on request and subject to availability. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be provided on site for stays from 1 month.
