The minimum stay is 2 months, the maximum stay is 6 months. A deposit of EUR 2,000.00 is required for all stays. The deposit will be refunded after departure if the apartment is left properly. For stays of 3 months or more, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence upon arrival if required. A separate rental contract from the apartment has to be signed in advance. Either a declaration of coverage of costs on official company business paper or a current salary statement is required for booking.Payment has to be done by bank transfer in advance. It is not possible to pay by credit card. The apartments can be rented from the 01st or 15th of a month. Depending on availability individual requests can be considered. Parking fees are EUR 71.40 or EUR 119.00 per month.

The high-quality, fully equipped apartments with 1 to 2.5 bedrooms and with living spaces of between 63 and 120 sq. m. are ideal for someone looking for a temporary home for between 2 and 6 months. The property is centrally located not far from the Hackerbrücke, but is quiet and secluded, set within a courtyard. All apartments have a terrace, balcony or roof terrace, with their own basement compartment and the option of an underground car parking space inside the building. The apartments are ready to move into with just your luggage. Bed linen, towels, dishes and utensils for up to 6 persons. TV, SONOS Soundsystem, an induction hob and oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, free WiFi and many other features carefully selected with great attention to detail are of course included.
