For stays up to 29 nights a daily apartment cleaning, change of linen and towels twice a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 30 nights a weekly cleaning is included, the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 70.00. There is a deposit of EUR 500.00 required payable in advance or upon arrival.In case of a booking by a German company with a declaration to bear the costs the apartment house may abstain from the deposit. A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site by prior arrangement for stays of 6 months or more.
