Broadcasting fee is not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. Additional persons are charged with EUR 23.00 per night per person (during the Oktoberfest and BAUMA EUR 46.00 per night). At certain trade fairs (BAUMA) and during the Oktoberfest, a surcharge of 100 % is also charged for long-term stays. There is no intermediate cleaning during the stay, this can be booked additionally for a fee. Bed linen and towels are provided (not put on) and changed once a week if required. For this purpose, the guests lay out the linen to be exchanged and receive new linen in return (without pulling up the bed linen). If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site for stays of 1 month or more. Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement.
