For a second person an extra fee of EUR 12.00 per night will be charged additionally. With the booking credit card details are required as a guarantee. For bookings of 21 nights or more, a deposit of 40 % of the rental price is required for the first month maximum.
For stays of 20 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required.

Welcome to the unique Bunker Hotel and apartment house in Munich.
In the high-quality serviced apartments, located in the western of Munich you will find two Penthouse Suites and two Garden Suites as well as 12 Standard and Deluxe Studios with a mix of ultra-modern interiors and comfort and cosyness. Let your mind lelax after a long and tiring day at work or after a business meeting. All studios and suites have a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. You can expect comfortable designer furniture and a balanced lighting concept. Your access to the apartment hotel is obtained through a keyless electronic entrance door system. The reception staff is there for hours a day and is happy to find out your questions and is
trying to assist you during your stay. The lovingly furnished studios are between 18 and 23 sq. m. The suites have a total size between 35 and 49 sq. m. and are suitable for up to two people. The city centre with its numerous restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes by public transport. The S-Bahn station from which you can get to the city centre in about 12 minutes, is only a 3-minute walk from the Hotel im Bunker.
