* The prices mentioned are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per month per apartment and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. A booking is only possible on a monthly basis. Payment is to be made monthly in advance. It can be made on site by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) or EC card.
Two separate invoices will be issued, which must also be paid separately. The first invoice includes the apartment rate and the second one includes a package amount for the equipment of the kitchen, the use of wiresless LAN as well as the cleaning of the apartment incl. change of linen and towels. For accounting reasons it is necessary in this apartment house to invoice these items separately.The minimum stay is 1 month, the maximum stay is 6 months.
For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required.
