* The rates are minimum prices and are valid per apartment per night for single occupancy and include the legal value added tax and the broadcasting fees. For a second person there is a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per night. A surcharge of EUR 40.00 per night will be charged during trade fairs and large events in Munich. This is not applicable for a stay of 93 nights or longer. The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 179 nights. A deposit of 50 % of the total amount has to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival, will be refunded after departure.
