The minimum stay is 7 nights, in the flats 28 nights, the maximum booking duration is 180 nights. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence („WGB“) can be provided upon arrival for stays of 2 weeks or more. Apartment cleaning and change of towels takes place once a week, bed linen is changed every second week. The fitness area is located in the Hotel & Apart4you about 650 m away, where breakfast can also be booked.
About the accommodation
Appartement4you offers a variety of different long stay housing opportunities, small studios to multiple room apartments. Your home next to Munich – local but close to the city. The train station is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance – reaching Munich East another 35 minutes later. Car drivers will prefer A94 which is only 1 km away – connecting your temporary home and Munich City or Munich Fair Grounds within 15 to 20 minutes.
Food items from the region can be bought around the corner. Cafes, restaurants and bars are only a few minutes away in the city centre. Enjoy your „home away from home“ - from 7 days to a 6 months period. Your apartments will spoil you with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bedroom, a huge TV screen as well a wireless highspeed internet connection and partly with a private letter box. The apartments are partly reachable by elevator. The apartment house offers a garage; parking for free is in the front. Guests can use the washing machine, tumble dryer, the iron and ironing board. The fitness centre, at a charge, can be used at Hotel & Apart4you Marienhof, the sister hotel in the city centre. If you want to have breakfast in the morning - ask for it - the hotel staff can help you at a surcharge.
Check-in also takes place at the Hotel & Apart4you, which is about 650 m from the apartment house (about 3 minutes by car).
