* The mentioned rates are minimum prices. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT. For a second person a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per night will be charged.

Prices may vary at trade fairs and events. An advance payment depending on the length of stay and booked rate is payable immediately after booking. A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on arrival for stays of 3 months or more. When registering with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guest himself, for all other guests these fees are included.

For stays up to 29 nights, daily apartment cleaning with change of towels is included, for longer stays, cleaning with change of linen and towels is included once a week. For stays up to 29 nights, cleaning can be converted to the GreenOption for a maximum of 7 days at a time. Then the daily cleaning is waived and the house provides a voucher for redemption in the supermarket, restaurant or bar. For children up to 2 years the baby cot will be provided free of charge, from 3 years EUR 10.00 per night will be charged.

The serviced apartments are divided into 3 different categories with different sizes ranging in between 20 sq. m. to 40 sq. m.. They are equipped with high quality interiors, they surprise with their design and functionality with top notch materials. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, a microwave and induction hob. Despite the personal service MASEVEN also offering a complete "DIGITAL" guest journey in this house. You can check-in, do your shopping, paying your bills and washing your clothes by just using your smartphone using a fully secured Wi-Fi connection throughout all the hotels. MASEVEN repositions hidden and dusty serviced apartment areas right in the heart of the house and interprets them skillfully new and sexy. In addition to the restaurant and bar, the lobby features a cinema, coworking space, gym and a 24/7 supermarket. The pink washing machines are not only eye-catching, they are fully functional. There is a DJ setup and guests are invited to the MA-AFTERWORK party. The terrace with 100 sq. m. is part of the inner courtyard. The courtyard also offers enough space with over 600 sq. m. to find a short moment of rest before the next appointment. MASEVEN Dornach is within walking distance of 5 minutes from the urban railway station Riem. Journeys to the Marienplatz or the Main Station will take less than 25 minutes - and from there you are almost at the airport, as a former Bavarian Prime Minister has already said. The exhibition centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. If you want to start quieter in the morning, the bus will take you directly from the house in 10 minutes to the fair ground. If you want to explore Munich it´s possible to rent one of the electric vehicles. Because sustainability can be sexy too. But if you prefer to travel by car, you can reach the MASEVEN via the A94 exit München Riem and use one of the 120 underground parking spaces.
