Excluded from this are, among others, children and young people up to the age of 18, pupils, students and trainees from the age of 18 to the age of 25 as well as severely disabled persons in the sense of the Social Security Code (SGB) IX. For stays of up to 6 nights, the apartment is cleaned daily and the linen is changed twice a week; final cleaning is included. For stays longer from 7 nights, the cleaning and the change of linen and towels is done once a week and the final cleaning is charged additionally. An additional rental agreement from the apartment house must be signed in advance.

The wireless LAN is available free of charge with 1000MB per day/per terminal.

The laundry room with washing machines and dryers can be used by guests for EUR 8.00 per day. Detergents for 2 wash loads are included.

About the accommodation
