The city of Leipzig charges an additional city tax of EUR 3.00 per day for all guests. This does not apply to children and young people up to the age of 18, pupils, students and trainees from the age of 18 up to the age of 25 and severely disabled persons as defined in the German Social Code (SGB) IX.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays of 4 weeks or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on arrival if required. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A discount can be given for breakfast if booked at least three or four times a week.
