A change of towels and bed linen takes place twice a week. For long-term stays of 14 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartments as well as a weekly change of towels and bed linen is included. For the final cleaning the apartment house charges between EUR 100.00 and 200.00.
About the accommodation
The cosy serviced apartments are located in a listed building complex from 1865, centrally located in the Rohrbach district and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The relaxed and calm atmosphere of the district makes you feel right at home. It is only about 4 km to the inner city of Heidelberg and the tram stop is just a few minutes away. Free parking is available in the courtyard of the residence. All apartments in the historic building are different; no one is like the other, but all are modern and comfortably furnished, so that you also feel at home even if you stay for a longer period of time. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for preparing small meals. A supermarket is nearby and every Saturday guests can enjoy a small market with local products in the town hall square near the apartment house. In the building complex there is a bakery with a café, where you can get fresh buns or have breakfast, as well as an Italian restaurant. If you like hiking in the woods, you do not have to go far. In just under 10 minutes you are in the forest and in 35 minutes of walking time you will reach the idyllic Bierhelderhof, an inn with beer garden and own Angus cattle breed. In the Residenz Heidelberg you live city- and nature-close at the same time.
