The discounted studio price for stays from 28 nights (EUR 79.00 per night) is valid until the end of March 2022 and includes weekly cleaning of the apartment with change of linen and towels. If required, additional cleaning can be booked for a fee.

The regular studio price from 28 nights (EUR 99.00 per night) includes daily apartment cleaning as well as a 10 % discount on F&B services on site and free daily newspapers.

Breakfast for children is EUR 10.00 per day.

For stays of 28 nights or longer, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required.
