The first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. A separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more. Minimum stay is 29 nights.
About the accommodation
Welcome to Hamburg! The new ipartment is located in the middle of Eimsbüttel - in the beautiful and quiet Heckscherstrasse. Eimsbüttel itself is full of the best addresses and is embraced by Eppendorf, the Sternschanze and also St. Pauli.
A special feature of the building is its loft character, which can be experienced
through floor-to-ceiling, light-filled window fronts. In addition to the digital offerings, comforts include an underground parking garage, charging stations for electric mobility, a laundry room, and laundry and cleaning services.
