For stays of 29 nights or more 25 % of the booked services have to be paid until 14 days before arrival and for stays of 90 nights and more 100 % of the room rate of the 1st month have to be paid until 14 days prior to arrival. The use of wireless LAN is free of charge in the house. However, the use of high-speed wireless LAN will be charged extra. Minimum stay is 7 nights. For stays from 30 nights the final cleaning fee is EUR 59.00 and for stays from 90 nights EUR 99.00. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement.
