The minimum stay is 14 nights. A deposit of EUR 300.00 is required in advance, which will be refunded after departure. The apartment rent is payable monthly in advance. An additional rental contract from the apartment house must be signed in advance. If required, the apartment house will provide a confirmation of the landlord upon arrival.
