* The mentioned rates are minimum prices and apply per night per apartment for single occupancy, including satutory VAT. The broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For private stays the city tax (EUR 2.00 per person per day) has to be paid additionally. Prices may vary during fairs, public holidays and high season. For a second person a surcharge of EUR 150.00 per month will be charged. The first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid by bank transfer up to five days before arrival. Payment by credit card is not possible. The minimum stay is 1 month. A separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival.

About the accommodation

As soon as you enter the house, you will see: everything is new here! You arrive, store your luggage, take off your shoes and you will not miss anything - neither in the kitchen or in the bathroom. After all, ambience and equipment not only look great, but are also very well planned. You live in the main station quarter – with it´s two faces. Here in Frankfurt´s red-light district many opposites clash within the smallest space: floozies, hippster and banker, cheap shops and internationally hyped bars, sex shops and cool, unmarked clubs in backyards or on upper floors and people from all over the world. But it is also this mix which makes up the charm of this neighbourhood. A charm that has attracted some of the most successful restaurant owners of Berlin, who opended scene stores such as Maxi Eisen or Pizzeria Montana. In 2014, Frankfurt made it with the iconic "Bahnhofsviertel" to the 12th place out of "52 places to go". ipartment is located above the Kaiserpassage, which is being rebuilt and reopened in October 2019. You will find greengrocers, a gallery, a tailor, a supermarket, a travel agency and more.
