Minimum stay is 7 nights. An apartment can be booked for up to 6 months, afterwards a temporary move-out is necessary.

In the Penthouse category there is also a 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests and a 1-bedroom apartment in the Executive Penthouse category for up to 2 guests.

A separate rental agreement from the apartment house has to be signed.

For stays of less than one month, the total rent is payable in advance and a security deposit equal to the total amount of the rent must be paid, which will be refunded after proper departure.

For stays longer than one month, the first month´s rent is to be paid in advance, further month´s rents are then due for payment monthly in advance. A security deposit must be paid in advance, which will be refunded after proper departure. For the Studio, Superior Apartment and Premium Apartment categories the security deposit is EUR 4,000.00, for the Executive Apartments EUR 5,000.00 and for the Penthouse categories EUR 7,000.00.

This apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence upon arrival if required.
