* The rates quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per month per apartment for single occupancy and include statutory VAT and incidental costs. Broadcasting fees are not included in the apartment rent and must be paid additionally by the residents.

Occupancy with 2 persons is only possible in very few apartments and therefore only available on request. An extra charge of EUR 200.00 per month has to be paid.

The disabled-friendly apartments can only be booked on request and on presentation of the disabled pass.

The minimum stay is 6 months, the rental contracts are concluded for a maximum of 12 months.

The rental is only possible from the 01st of a month, the move-in can then also take place at a later date.

An additional rental contract from the apartment house must be signed for all stays. The identity card or passport of the resident(s) as well as a current employment contract or certificate of study from the university is required for booking.

A deposit of one month´s rent is required in advance. The apartment rent is payable monthly in advance.

For stays of 6 months or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site.

It is not possible to rent the apartments with children younger than 18 years.

Cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included. On request, intermediate cleaning can be booked for a fee.

Bedding, bed linen and towels are not provided in the apartment. It is planned to offer a starter package for purchase in the future. This is currently still in progress.

There are no TV sets in the apartment. These can be brought along and operated via internet TV.

The kitchenette in the apartment is not equipped. It is planned to offer a starter package for purchase in the future. This is currently still in progress. Consumables are not replenished or replaced by the house.

The dryer usage is charged per minute (EUR 0.06 per minute).
