* The mentioned rates are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per night per apartment for single occupancy, including statutory VAT und plus 5 % culture and tourism tax for private stays. Business stays are exempt from the culture and tourism tax with appropriate proof in advance. Broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For a second person an additional surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night will be charged. For stays up to 28 nights the total amount has to be paid prior to arrival and credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. For these stays the apartment cleaning is included once a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 29 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly and the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 99.00. For all stays a separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more.
