For shorter stays credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required. Cats are not allowed in this apartment house.

In September 2018, the ÜberFluss brand opened ÜberFluss Apartments in the prestigious and well-known Sögestraße in the heart of Bremen´s city centre.
The 38 fully furnished serviced apartments offer an exclusive and luxurious home for short and long term stays.
All apartments are equipped with BoConcept´s timeless and Danish design, stylish interior, separate living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and of course the latest technology. Many apartments have a private roof terrace overlooking the roofs of Bremen. One XL-Apartment is equipped with a sofa bed and can therefore be used by up to 4 people. The spacious club room on the upper floor with free wireless LAN invites you to network and linger. The comfortable and effortless check-in is ensured by a vending machine at the entrance, so that arrivals and departures are possible at any time. Not far from the ÜberFluss Apartments you will find the Wallanlagen with its beautiful running tracks and green areas. Due to the top location, all junctions such as the old town, trade fair, Schlachte and various sights can be reached in just a few minutes. The airport is also only a 15-minute drive away.
