The prices apply for single occupancy in the Junior Apartment. It is possible to add a second person to the sofa bed for EUR 25.00 per night. In the Business Apartment, the prices apply for single and double occupancy. For long-term stays, payment is made monthly in advance, shorter stays are to be paid in full in advance or at the latest upon arrival.

For stays up to 27 nights, the final cleaning is included, for stays of 28 nights or more, this is charged additionally at EUR 65.00 per apartment. Additional linen and towel packages can be booked if required for a fee (each EUR 10.00). For breakfast, a package of 10 can be booked for EUR 90.00 per person. Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement.

A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued after prior arrangement.
