* The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. The Bremen city tax for private stays is not included and will be charged additionally with 5 % of the net rate for the first 7 nights. Business stays must be proven in advance.

As a guarantee, credit card details must be provided when the booking is completed. Cost absorption declarations can only be accepted from companies based in Germany and by prior arrangement.

For stays of up to 9 nights, a pre-authorization of the price for the first night will be made on the credit card provided. For stays of up to 27 nights, a pre-payment of the first 4 nights is required, for stays of 28 to 90 nights 6 nights, and for stays of 91 nights or more, the pre-payment is 15 nights. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of the aparthotel for further details on the cancellation conditions and the deposit conditions. There is no intermediate cleaning for stays of up to 7 nights. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly cleaning is included. For stays of 14 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of accommodation can be issued upon arrival if required.

The daily parking fee of EUR 16.00 is charged in the public parking garage for the period from 7 am to 7 am. Adagio guests receive a 20% discount on the daily fee. In case of different parking times, other parking fees apply. The parking spaces can be used according to availability, reservation is not possible. Long-term parking spaces can be rented individually from the car park operator.

The location of the Aparthotel Adagio Bremen at Bremen main station means unbeatable short distances to the city, to companies and to public transport. In the morning, you will be at your appointment quickly and in the evening, you will not have to fight through the traffic after a long working day. A further advantage of the Aparthotel Adagio Bremen is that all 94 studios and 1-bedroom apartments are equipped with a kitchen - cleverly designed so that you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want! If you prefer to be catered in the morning, you can enjoy the delicious breakfast at the Aparthotel Adagio for an extra charge. Further amenities include a modern bathroom with shower and WC; a flat-screen satellite TV and a practical desk. You can clear your head in the complimentary fitness room and at the bar and lounge, you can leave the stress behind you. A large shared kitchen in the lobby can be used for convivial cooking evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A washroom (for a fee) is also located in the Aparthotel. The front desk team is available around the clock to answer your questions.

Cancellation policy

In addition to a change of tariff, any cancellation of a booking may give rise to application of the following penalty charges:

In the event of cancellation of a booking before the arrival date, no charge will be applied for cancellation:

- up to 18.00 on the day of arrival, for stays lasting between 1 and 3 nights - up to 12 noon on the day before arrival, for stays lasting between 4 and 9 nights - up to 12 noon 3 days before arrival, for stays lasting between 10 and 27 nights - up to 12 noon 5 days before arrival, for stays lasting longer than 28 nights.

In the event of cancellation of a booking after the arrival date (early departure), no charge will be applied for cancellation:

- up to 12 noon on the day of early departure, for stays lasting between 1 and 3 nights - up to 12 noon on the day before the day of early departure, for stays lasting between 4 and 9 nights - up to 12 noon 3 days before the early departure, for stays lasting between 10 and 27 nights - up to 12 noon 5 days before the early departure, for stays lasting longer than 28 nights.

Beyond these times, ADAGIO reserves the right to apply the following penalty charges and shall be entitled to bill:

- one night, for stays lasting between 1 and 3 nights - the nights cancelled (up to a limit of 2 nights), for stays lasting between 4 and 9 nights - the nights cancelled (up to a limit of 4 nights), for stays lasting between 10 and 27 nights - the nights cancelled (up to a limit of 8 nights), for stays lasting longer than 28 nights.
