Declarations of cost absorption on the booking company´s business paper can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment monthly in advance. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site for stays of 30 nights or more.
About the accommodation
Inspired by the German expression "I pack my 7 things", 7THINGS stands for the modern way of spending the night. 7THINGS - my favorite apartment Bremen opened in July 2018 and is located in the district Horn-Lehe, right next to Bremen University and close to the Technology Park. The house is very well connected by public transport, you reach the main station in only 13 minutes and the airport in 29 minutes. The 51 fully equipped serviced apartments (33 - 40 sq. m) offer you an ideal temporary home with a separate bedroom and living room and are suitable for business travellers as well as for families and tourists. If you like, you can have breakfast in the 7THINGS - my basic hotel next door and visit the heart of the 7THINGS - the lounge for a drink or snacks. The complete 7THINGS complex offers you free wireless LAN. In-house tablets can be used free of charge in the lobby. Not far from 7THINGS - my favorite apartment you will find ideal conditions for jogging and walking in Bremen´s "Green Lung" - the city forest/citizen park. The generously laid out park offers you various attractions for leisure activities on more than 200 hectares, e.g. boat rental, playgrounds, loungers & playgrounds, miniature golf & boulder courses, animal enclosures, cycle and riding paths and an extensive range of running tracks. The Finnbahn offers you a particularly joint-friendly training possibility. On a total distance (lap) of 1.667 km lanterns provide sufficient light (until about 10 pm), so that nothing stands in the way of your training in the evening hours.
