* The displayed rates are minimum rates and are valid per month and apartment, including statutory VAT plus City Tax for private stays. Minimum stay is 30 nights. A separate rental contract from the apartment house must be signed, for which the identity card or passport copies of the guests are required. A deposit of EUR 400.00 has to be paid in advance. The apartments can be rented from 1st or 15th of a month. Payment by credit card is not possible. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site.
