* The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. For a second person EUR 20.00 per night will be charged additionally. For private stays the City Tax of 5 % is to be paid additionally for the first 21 nights. Business stays are exempt from this, a proof of this must be presented in advance. For pets the additional 5% city tax for the first 21 nights have to be paid.

Credit card details have to be provided as a guarantee when the booking is completed.

For stays of up to 14 nights, daily cleaning of the apartment is included and linen is changed twice a week. The final cleaning is free of charge. For stays of 15 nights or more, this is done once a week together with the change of linen. For the final cleaning EUR 150.00 will be charged.

A confirmation from the landlord can be issued on arrival if required.
