Credit card details are required to guarantee booking. For all stayys a separate rental agreement from the apartment house must be signed in advance. For stays of 29 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required. Apartment cleaning takes place daily, change of linen and towels is included twice a week. Various breakfast options can be ordered from the surrounding cafés and brought to the apartment. Shorter stays are bookable on request. This apartment house does not accept cats.

About the accommodation

The generously proportioned Gorki Apartments, furnished with great attention to detail, await their guests right in the heart of Berlin-Mitte and just a few steps away from Rosenthaler Platz. The 34 apartments and two penthouses with a size of up to 200 sq. m. offer their guests the individual and intimate ambience of a boutique hotel, coupled with the style and comfort of a fully equipped luxury residence and the feeling of being at home. In 2013, the historic building was renovated by the Franco-German architect Sandra Pauquet, the architecture firm Fuchshuber & Partner and the Berlin architect Kim Wang breathed new life into the building. As a tribute to Berlin each apartment has a typical old Berlin name instead of the room number, e.g. Lea Green or Mr. Günther. The Gorki Team welcomes its guests 24/7 with informal service, which makes a decisive contribution to the feel-good factor. They take care that nothing is missing to retreat and calm down or to discover the city well prepared. The serviced apartments are characterised by unrendered walls, high stucco ceilings, open-plan interior design and a very individual character. Depending on the furnishings and layout, they are divided into three so-called "Categorkis". The cosy atmosphere is enhanced by selected design classics, handmade box spring beds, luxurious rainforest showers and/or oversized bathtubs. The technical equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. Dyson hairdryers and Nespresso coffee machines are available in the apartment, toasters and microwaves are available on request. From the two penthouse roof terraces you have a fantastic view over the city. You don´t feel like preparing your own breakfast? Vouchers for a delicious breakfast in the neighbouring Café Daluma are available at the reception and a "Choose Your Breakfast" card with further suggestions for numerous breakfast options nearby is available in every apartment. Cosy cafes, renowned galleries, cool boutiques and some of the best restaurants in town are all within easy reach. The surrounding area and the sights of the city can be explored with the stylish bikes of the Finnish manufacturer Pelago. For those who like it a bit faster but less strenuous: 4 Simply Mobility electric scooters are available for rent for the guests of the Gorki Apartments. The only requirement is a class B driving licence. The concept of the Gorki Apartments has already convinced in many ways and has already brought the house and its team various prizes and awards.
