* The prices mentioned are minimum rates which may vary. They are per night per apartment (studio and 1-bedroom apartment for up to 2 persons and in 2-bedroom apartments for maximum 4 persons) and include VAT and broadcasting fees. Additional guests will be charged with EUR 9.00 per night. Children under 4 years stay free of charge. For private stays the city tax of 5 % will be charged additionally. Business stays are exempt from this, a corresponding proof must be presented in advance. The minimum stay is 2 nights. The apartment must be paid for in advance, at the latest at the end of the free cancellation period. For stays of several months, the first monthly rent must be paid in advance, the following months monthly in advance. The payment is to be made primarily by credit card, payments by bank transfer must be agreed upon in advance. Extra charges (e.g. city tax) may also be paid on site in cash or by EC card. For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required. For stays of 4 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned and linen changed once a week. For shorter stays there is no intermediate cleaning.

The well thought-out apartment concept consists of seven different categories ranging from 36 sq. m. studios over multi-bedroom apartments to the penthouse with almost 150 sq. m. including two terraces. Whichever you decide for, your apartment is cleaned once a week free of charge; the final cleaning is free of charge as well. The location directly at Nordbahnhof station allows you to reach all the city´s attractions and destinations in an instant.
