* Rates are minimum rates and valid per apartment per night, including statutory VAT and excluding City Tax for private stays. Business stays have to be proven in advance. The lowest long-term rates from 60 nights for the Junior Suite and Senior Suite only apply to the Spandau location. Minimum stay is 2 months at the locations Wilmersdorf and Spandau, 3 nights in Tempelhof. During trade fair and event periods higher rates may apply. For stays longer than 29 nights a cleaning every second week is included. A deposit of EUR 1,200.00 has to be paid in advance by bank transfer, refundable after departure. For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required. In case of registration with the Berlin authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself, this also applies to longer stays of 6 months or more.
About the accommodation
The three apartment houses are situated in Wilmersdorf close to the city centre, in the green south in Tempelhof and in the west of the city in Spandau.
