For a second person EUR 10.00 per night will be charged additionally. For private stays the City Tax of 5 % is to be paid additionally for the first 21 nights. Business stays are exempt from this, a proof of this must be presented in advance.

Credit card details must be provided as a guarantee when the booking is completed. For stays of less than one month, the total amount is to be paid in advance, for longer stays payment is made monthly in advance. A cash payment is not possible in this house.

The apartment (without kitchen) is cleaned and towels changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week. For stays up to 29 nights the final cleaning is included, for longer stays it is charged with EUR 100.00.

About the accommodation

Your temporary home in the middle of Berlin-Charlottenburg. The completely furnished serviced apartments offer you a lot of space to live and work in a private atmosphere. The property has 19 apartments, which guarantees you a quiet and relaxed stay. All apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes, free wireless LAN, bed linen for allergy sufferers, satellite TV and much more. Two apartment cleanings including change of towels and one weekly change of bed linen are already included. The art´appart suiten are centrally located in the best neighbourhood, between Bismarckstrasse and Kantstrasse. Only a few metres away from public transport. The weekly market on Karl-August-Platz is located directly opposite and offers a variety of regional products every Wednesday and Saturday. A large selection of restaurants, cafés & supermarkets in the immediate vicinity make living in the art´appart suiten even more pleasant.
