* The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single or double occupancy and include the statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. For additional guests an additional surcharge of EUR 15.00 per person per night (for children up to 14 years EUR 10.00 per child per night) will be charged. For long-term stays, the surcharge is reduced to EUR 5.00 per person per night. The City Tax for private stays is already included and will not be charged additionally. The first month´s rent or for shorter stays the total amount is due for payment before arrival, further month´s rents have to be paid monthly in advance. A cost absorption declaration on the booking company´s business paper can be accepted if the invoice is paid until the day of arrival at the latest. For stays of 2 months or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required. Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement, cats not.
