Stays of 1 to 6 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that, 90 % of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the booking is made during a trade fair, the deadline for free cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival. After that, 90 % of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. An earlier departure is free of charge if the following night is cancelled by 10 am the day before (i.e. the night from the 20th to the 21st is cancelled by 10 am on the 20th). Otherwise 90% of this night will be charged as a cancellation fee.

For stays of 7 to 14 nights a cancellation free of charge is possible until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that, a 90 % cancellation fee for the first 3 nights. Should the booking fall within a trade fair period, the deadline for free cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival. After that, 90 % of the first 3 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. An earlier departure is free of charge if the remaining stay is cancelled 3 days before the new departure date. After that, 90 % of the remaining days (or maximum 3 days) are subject to a cancellation fee.

For stays of 15 to 28 nights a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to arrival. After that, a 90 % cancellation fee for the first 7 nights will be charged. Should the booking fall within a trade fair period, the deadline for free cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival. After that, 90 % of the first 7 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. An earlier departure free is free of charge if the remaining stay is cancelled 7 days before the new departure date. After that, 90 % of the remaining days (or a maximum of 7 days) are subject to a cancellation fee.

Stays of 29 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. After that, a 90 % cancellation fee will be charged for the first 4 weeks. If the booking is made during a trade fair, the deadline for free cancellation is 14 days prior to arrival. After that, 90 % of the first 4 weeks will be charged as a cancellation fee. An earlier departure is free of charge if the remaining stay is cancelled 7 days before the new departure date. After that, 90 % cancellation fee will be charged for the remaining days (or a maximum of 14 days).
