About the accommodation
Whether it´s a business trip, short vacation or temporary living – the apartment house Living28 is the perfect accommodation! It is located in the district of Aachen Haaren, which is approx. 4 km from the city centre away. The building occupies 9 modern furnished apartments over 4 floors. The sizes vary between 40 sq. m. and 80 sq. m. All apartments have been equipped with attention to detail and invite to feel comfortable from the first moment of the arrival. The serviced apartments have a fully furnished kitchen including all utilities, oven with ceramic hob, fridge, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. In addition, they offer a bathroom with a soil depth shower, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, Flat-TV and a Bose sound system. The service includes welcome drinks, cosmetic products in the bathroom, towels, bed linen and fortnightly cleaning. The apartments are partially equipped with a balcony, washing machine and dryer. Alternatively guests can use the laundry room in the basement. A free highspeed Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole building. On request a continental breakfast will be offered in a nearby café (approx. 150 metres away).
