Great and exclusive! This year the SO!APART offers again up-to-date presentations, interesting workshops and an accompanying exhibition – on 19 and 20 November everything in MOA Berlin revolves around the subject of Serviced Apartments.
The programme of the SO!APART 2015
High-profile national and international speakers provide insights into the segment and discuss current issues of the apartment industry. The Swiss do-hower, Jörg Neumann, will engage the exciting topic “Amaze your Customers” with his talk; Martin Schmitz will inspire the audience with his presentation on”The magic of the attractive employer: How the apartment market sets new standards for the hospitality industry”.
New this year is the simultaneous translation for our international guests. Moreover, the investors and operators are able to select between a variety of parallel talks. Matthias Rincón will inform about the matter of rental and lease agreements while various legal leeways for Serviced Apartments will be explained in detail by Wolfgang Ewer (PHD). In a workshop “The Serviced Apartment of the Future” will be developed in collaboration with the Hotelkompetenzzentrum (Centre of Excellence Hotel) Oberschleißheim. The accompanying exhibition of the SO!APART 2015
On 19 November visitors of the SO!APART can see products and services around the topic Serviced Apartment in the atrium of Hotel MOA. In addition to traditional exhibitors such as Rosenthal and Fränkische Bettenwarenfabrik also start-ups will present new ideas to investors, operators and guests.
The SO!APART-Award
Another highlight of the event is the award-giving ceremony, which honours the best and most popular Serviced Apartments in Germany and in the world with a SO!APART-Award. The prize will be awarded in four different categories – Sylvie Konzack, chief editor in of first class magazine, nominated the favourites in each category. The winners were then evaluated by an independent jury and will be announced on the evening of 19 November 2015. Furthermore, the most popular houses were chosen through a public voting. These votes could be collected until 03 September 2015. Thus, the most popular small and large Serviced Apartments will also be announced that evening.
