The last jury-Category „new and different” of the SO!APART 2015 is looking for the newcomer of the year among the Serviced Apartments. The new houses with the most creative and innovative concepts and the best implementation were be nominated. Aparthotels and apartment houses which opened in the years 2014 and 2015 were allowed to participate.
The chief editor of the “first class”, Sylvie Konzack, nominated the following six newcomers, which will be evaluated by an independent professional jury and fight for the award “new and different”. In the following, the new houses with their innovative ideas and concepts will be presented here briefly.
