This year the jury decides in five categories about the winners of the SO!APART-Awards. However, before they can take up their work, Sylvie Konzack, Chief Editor of first class magazine, nominates five houses per category. In a second step they will be evaluated by the high-quality expert panel. They want to know what distinguishes houses and why they can be recommended to business and leisure travellers. In order to find out in which house you can really feel at home, the jury will award points for various criteria.

Apartment houses with a maximum of 50 apartment units can take part in this category. The jury will evaluate what makes the “small and precious” and unique. Ambiance, quality and personal commitment of the personnel are taken into consideration.

SO!APART-Award – Category ”grand and great“
All houses which have 50 or more apartments have been asked to apply but also they need to convince with living comfort and create a feeling of well-being for guests. For the first time we will be awarding this category twice: for aparthotels and classic apartment houses.

In this category we are looking for the newcomer of the year. We consider properties as “new” which opened in 2015 and 2016. Which innovative concept or impressive implementation of an idea persuades guests and the panel most?
