Since 2009 ipartment has become one of the top brands for serviced apartments in Germany. The founders, newcomers to the real estate industry, still follow their original professions: marketing and legal consulting. This however, has not stopped them from developing ipartment further. On the contrary: The feedback they’ve received from customers, investors and project developers encourages them to grow even further. By the end of 2019 they want to offer 700 “second homes of first choice” in Germany’s top seven cities. They are already on offer in Cologne, Essen and Frankfurt and soon to be offered in Hamburg as well. A second location in Frankfurt will be opening by the end of 2017.
