SO!APART 2016: 1 Industry Conference – 7 Awards – 15 Years Apartmentservice

For the fourth time we invite everybody interested in Serviced Apartments to the industry-conference SO!APART… and are excited about announcing a great industry-conference, seven awards and 15 years Apartmentservice!

On 17 and 18 November we offer operators, investors and developers of Serviced Apartments the opportunity to learn more about market developments, new topics and trends in the sector of Serviced Apartments which grows rapidly in the German speaking market. It is also a unique opportunity for networking.

The Serviced Apartment conference SO!APART 2016 takes place once again in Berlin as we would like to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Apartmentservice in our home town. For this reason the SO!APART-Awards for the best Serviced Apartments will be presented at a gala dinner this year.

This is one reason on top to apply for the SO!APART-Award in one of the categories from 11 April to 10 June 2016. The jury categories are “international”, new and different”, small and precious” and “grand and great”. In order to raise the profile of Serviced Apartments we award two prizes in the category „grand and great” for the first time: one for aparthotels and one for classical apartment houses.

“Aparthotels” are houses which offer services oriented towards hotel standards but offering apartments with cooking facilities and at least a functionally separated living and sleeping area. “Apartment houses” are more like private flats concerning their facilities and mostly have long term guests as target group. That is why the services offered are reduced compared to aparthotels.

All applicants have also the chance to enter the online audience voting, where we are looking for the most popular house in the two categories “the popular little ones” and „the popular big ones”. Applicants who manage to mobilise guests, fans and friends could increase their chances to win. The voting period starts on 27 June and ends on 4 September 2016.

All houses with more than 15 apartments are invited to send an application also in more than one category.

Besides expert speeches and workshops, the SO!APART offers the opportunity to share best practice, to network as well as to have talks with the exhibitors at the accompanying exhibition presenting innovative ideas for Serviced Apartments. For the first time the conference programme will include a presentation of specific regions that are of interest for the Serviced Apartment sector.

The SO!APART 2016 is hosted by Anett Gregorius and TV-moderator Kai Boecking.

Ticket registration will open soon. Further details can be found on www.so-apart.de/en.
