The non-smoking apartments with their living and working areas radiate the comfort and cosiness of a home rather than the charme of a hotel. The house offers a lobby in which a unique 300 sq. m large sofa landscape, ceiling-high book shelves, co-working spaces, a bar and a cooking island were implemented.
