SO!APART 2016 Will Award the Best Serviced Apartments
The sector of serviced apartments grows rapidly in the German-speaking market. Thereby, many serviced apartments convince by their sophisticated interior design, innovative concepts and exceptional offers. The best national and international serviced apartments are awarded the renowed SO!APART-Award in the German capital Berlin on 17 November 2016. The closing date for applications is Friday, 10 June 2016.
Therefore, the Berlin-based industry expert Apartmentservice will award the renowed SO!APART-Award for the fourth time. A well-known jury will define the winning serviced apartments. One of the categories is dedicated to international applicants from outside Germany. Judging criteria are amongst others design, ambience, service, interior and operational concept.
The niche segment within the hotel sector has already demonstrated its variety and how convincing and surprising its concepts are:
Fraser Hospitality Group, for instance, has collaborated with Mercedes Benz and conferred design elements of the automobile manufacturer on their premium serviced residences in London and Singapore. SOULMADE in Garching by Munich not only has enhanced its interior design and equipment for a homelike feeling, but also its personnel concept. It is looking explicitly for hosts, not for traditional hotel staff. VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich, Switzerland, has shown a special sense for design and allows for incredibly high privacy for guests. Its apartment houses have won SO!APART-Awards in 2013, 2014 and 2015.THE DOORMAN in Frankfurt, Germany, counts on a unique service concept. Its “doorman“ literally is the contact person for guests, transforming them into locals. The “doorman” simply knows the city by heart.
The goal of Apartmentservice is to feature more products and concepts like this. Thus, aparthotels and Serviced Apartment houses could apply online for the best international SO!APART-Award on www.so-apart.de/en until Friday, 10 June 2016. Independent of the jury‘s evaluation, all applicants have the chance to enter the online audience voting from 27 June to 04 September 2016, where the most popular houses in the two categories “the popular big ones” and “the popular little ones” will be rewarded.
The SO!APART-Awards for the best serviced apartments will be presented at the industry conference SO!APART on 17 November 2016 in Berlin, Germany. The award-giving ceremony will be the highlight of the SO!APART. For international delegates the SO!APART offers simultaneous interpretation.
