Today we would like to present to you two new apartments in Graz and Munich, which we have just added to our portfolio.
AMEDIA Luxury Suites in Graz
Graz, the state capital of Styria, is the third largest metropolitan region in Austria. Many mechanical engineering companies have settled here presenting one of the most important industrial sectors in the city with its 280,000 inhabitants. The AMEDIA Luxury Suites are located in the district of Liebenau, which is close to Graz Fairground and the City Hall. This residence is regarded as both a hotel and an apartment house. It offers 49 units in total of which 25 are serviced apartments. There are 16 studios with a size of up to 38 sq. m. and nine 1-bedroom-apartments which are 44 to 52 sq. m. large. The latter provide plenty of space for up to two guests. Due to the fancy interior design by the artist Simone Gutsche-Sikora, all apartments are a true eye catcher. Apart from a breakfast room, a bistro and a bar, the apartment house also offers a garden and a barbeque area, which are accessible to all guests. Outside of reception hours you can comfortably check in with Hotelomat, an automatic entry system. The apartments with spacious bathrooms and rain showers can be rented from EUR 70 per night (single occupancy).
SMARTments business MÜNCHEN PARKSTADT SCHWABING
Munich, the Bavarian state capital, which was awarded the Most Livable City of the World in 2010, has just recently gained several new and remarkable serviced apartments: SMARTments business MÜNCHEN PARKSTADT SCHWABING. The apartment house is centrally located within the district and is close to the headquarters of many well-known companies, like the German central office of Microsoft, which is only a 10 to 15 minutes’ car ride away. From here, the city centre can also easily be reached by public transport and by car. In the newly erected apartment complex there are 131 studios (20 to 30 sq. m.) and 31 apartments with a living area of 32 to 39 sq.m. The units have been purpose-designed and built and therefore offer plenty of room as well as fridges with a freezer compartment, level access rain showers, smart TVs with international television channels and high speed wireless LAN. When staying three months or longer you can book a studio from EUR 45 per night.
