As promised, we present the individual nominees of each category of the SO!APART-Awards 2015. We will begin with the jury categories and end with the audience categories.
Today we present the nominees of the Category “small and precious” of the SO!APART 2015.However, certain conditions had to be met for the application for this award. The participants had to have at least 15 units and show a maximum of 50 units. In addition, the Serviced Apartments should be not more than 20 km away of an economically relevant location. The apartments must be equipped with a kitchenette as well as offering towels and sheets in a hotel -like standard. Furthermore, the apartments should have separate sleeping and living areas and the main target group should be business travellers.
