Minimum stay 3 nights. an additional rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed. For stays longer than 29 nights a cleaning every second week is included. A deposit of EUR 1,200.00 has to be paid in advance by bank transfer, refundable after departure. For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required.
