A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with a 1 night charge.

In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival the whole stay will be charged.

Bookings for 4-7 nights:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with 30 % of the whole stay. In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival 50 % of the whole stay will be charged.

Bookings for more than 7 nights:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with a 3 nights charge.

In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival 7 nights will be charged.

Bookings for 1 month and more:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 14 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival will be charged with a 7 nights charge.

In case of cancellation or no show 5-0 days before the arrival 14 nights will be charged.

Please be aware that during the high season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. In case you need to cancel you r stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than

14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total costs.
