About the accommodation

Old Town, Down Town und River View Apartments offers more than 100 Serviced Apartments located around the historical Old Town of Prague. You may well find Prague Castle or Charles Bridge on your door step. The Serviced Apartments are all centrally located large and private. Their sizes vary from 40 to 205 square meters and offer private bathrooms, some with Jacuzzi tub, TV with satellite connection, 24 hours customer support. There is no curfew, linen and towels are provided and no cleaning fees will be charged. The apartment houses do not provide breakfast as a standard, but all Serviced Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.There are many restaurants near your Serviced Apartment so you are spoilt for choice. You pay one flat rate, no extras for electricity or heating etc.

Bookings for 1-3 nights:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with a 1 night charge.

In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival the whole stay will be charged.

Bookings for 4-7 nights:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with 30 % of the whole stay.

In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival 50 % of the whole stay will be charged.

Bookings for more than 7 nights:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 7 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival will be charged with a 3 nights charge.

In case of cancellation or no show on the day of arrival 7 nights will be charged.

Bookings for 1 month and more:

A cancellation free of charge is possible more than 14 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival will be charged with a 7 nights charge.

In case of cancellation or no show 5-0 days before the arrival 14 nights will be charged.

Please be aware that during the high season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. In case you need to cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total costs.
